For the standard rate (with cancellation policy), the following conditions apply for the 2025/26 winter season, depending on the arrival date:

Arrival January 10, 2026, through January 29, 2026
Arrival February 28, 2026, up to and including March 26, 2026
Arrival April 11, 2026, up to and including April 18, 2026
→ up to and including 28 days before the arrival date: Free cancellation
→ 27 days to 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the package price
→ within the last 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the package price

Arrival December 18, 2025, up to and including January 9, 2026
Arrival January 30, 2026, up to and including February 27, 2026
Arrival March 27, 2026, up to and including April 10, 2026
→ up to and including 42 days before the arrival date: Free cancellation
→ 41 days to 28 days before the arrival date: 50% of the package price
→ 27 days to 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the package price
→ within the last 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the package price

→ up to and including 28 days before the arrival date: free cancellation
→ 27 days to 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the arrangement price
→ within the last 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the arrangement price

Arrival December 17, 2026, up to and including January 08, 2027
Arrival January 29, 2027, up to and including February 26, 2027
Arrival March 19, 2027, up to and including March 31, 2027
→ up to and including 42 days before the arrival date: free cancellation
→ 41 days to 28 days before the arrival date: 50% of the arrangement price
→ 27 days to 8 days before the arrival date: 75% of the arrangement price
→ within the last 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the arrangement price

Apart from the above-mentioned periods, the regular terms and conditions will apply as follows:
According to § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG (Federal Act on Distance Selling and Contracts concluded outside of Business Premises) there is no right of withdrawal according to § 11 FAGG for this contract conclusion. A withdrawal of the contracting party is therefore exclusively governed by the following paragraphs.

Up to 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract may be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the Party.

Outside the period specified in the previous paragraph, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the Party is possible only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
→ up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
→ up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price;
→ in the last week before the arrival date 90 % of the total arrangement price.
